Division (a)

The objective of monitoring programme shall be to investigate an animal population or subpopulation, and its environment (including wild reservoir and vectors), to detect changes in the occurrence and infection patterns of an animal disease or zoonoses listed in the Annex to Decision 90/424/EEC (‘animal disease or zoonoses’).
