# Commission Decision of 25 April 2008 laying down Community criteria for national programmes for the eradication, control and monitoring of certain animal diseases and zoonoses (notified under document number C(2008) 1588) (Text with EEA relevance) (2008/341/EC), Division (d)

The measures of the programme shall be based on the available relevant scientific knowledge and comply with Community legislation. In the case of programmes concerning diseases in aquaculture animals and financed by the European Fisheries Fund the managing authority shall ensure that all the supporting documents regarding expenditure and audits on the programmes concerned are kept available for the Commission and the European Court of Auditors according to Article 87 of Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006.
