  "text": "Vaccines used within the programme shall be in compliance with the European standards as regards safety, non-transmissibility, irreversibility of attenuation and immunogenic properties; they must have a marketing authorisation in accordance with Directive 2001/82/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, unless the conditions provided for in Article 8 of that Directive apply.",
