  "text": "Council Decision\nof 29 April 2008\namending Decision 2007/868/EC implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism\n(2008/342/EC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism, and in particular Article 2(3) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 20 December 2007, the Council adopted Decision 2007/868/EC implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism, and establishing an updated list of persons and entities to which that Regulation applies.\n(2)\nThe Council has determined that there are no longer grounds for keeping certain persons on the list of persons, groups and entities to which Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 applies, and the list should be adapted accordingly,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
