# Council Decision of 14 April 2008 extending Decision 2005/321/EC concluding the consultation procedure with the Republic of Guinea under Article 96 of the Cotonou Agreement (2008/363/EC), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The validity of Decision 2005/321/EC is hereby extended for 12 months. It shall be reviewed every six months.
The letter addressed to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea is attached to this Decision.
