  "text": "The composition of the Coal Advisory Group referred to in Article 22:\nMembers\nMaximum total\na)\nFrom coal producers/national federations or related research centres\n8\nb)\nFrom organisations representing coal producers at European level\n2\nc)\nFrom coal users or related research centres\n8\nd)\nFrom organisations representing coal users at European level\n2\ne)\nFrom organisations representing workers\n2\nf)\nFrom organisations representing equipment suppliers\n2\n24\nMembers must have a wide background knowledge and individual expertise in one or more of the following areas: coalmining and utilisation, environment and social issues, including safety aspects.\nThe composition of the Steel Advisory Group referred to in Article 22:\nMembers\nMaximum total\na)\nFrom steel industries/national federations or related research centres\n21\nb)\nFrom ornganisation representing producers at European level\n2\nc)\nFrom ornganisations representing workers\n2\nd)\nFrom organisations representing downstream processing industries or steel users\n5\n30\nMembers must have a wide background knowledge and individual expertise in one or more of the following areas: raw materials; iron-making; steelmaking; continuous casting; hot- and/or cold-rolling; steel-finishing and/or surface treatment; development of steel grades and/or products; steel applications and properties; environmental and social issues, including safety aspects.",
