  "text": "Operating costs directly related to the execution of the project shall be limited solely to the cost of:\n(a) raw materials;\n(b) consumables;\n(c) energy;\n(d) transportation of raw materials, consumables, equipment, products, feedstock or fuel;\n(e) the maintenance, repair, alteration or transformation of existing equipment;\n(f) IT and other specific services;\n(g) the rental of equipment;\n(h) analysis and tests;\n(i) dedicated workshop organisation;\n(j) certificate on financial statements and bank guarantee;\n(k) protection of knowledge;\n(l) assistance from third parties.",
