Article 39 Appointment of independent and highly qualified expertsF1

For the appointment of independent and highly qualified experts referred to in Article 18, Article 28(2) and Article 38, the provisions set out in Article 40 of Regulation (EU) No 1290/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council f1 shall apply mutatis mutandis .
