  "text": "The Commission shall, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 42(2), adopt the following implementing measures:\n(a) the approval of the funding actions where the estimated amount of the Community contribution under the Research Programme is equal to or more than EUR 0,6 million;\n(b) the drawing-up of terms of reference for the monitoring and assessment of the Research Programme referred to in Article 38;\n(c) amendments to Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter II;\n(d) changes to the deadline referred to in Article 25;\n(e) the drawing-up of dedicated calls for proposals.",
