  "text": "1. The appropriate authority shall establish an Internet-based information page (the Internet-based information page) to make available information on farms or mollusc farming areas of aquaculture production businesses and authorised processing establishments which are authorised in accordance with Part 2 of the Aquatic Animal Health Regulations.\nThe appropriate authority shall decide on a case-by-case basis which installations, put and take fisheries and aquaculture production businesses referred to in Article 1(2) must be listed on the Internet-based information page, taking into account the risk of the spread of aquatic animal diseases resulting from the operations of such installations, fisheries and businesses, based on their nature, characteristics and location.\n2. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n3.
