  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 30 April 2008\non the clearance of the accounts of the paying agencies of Lithuania and Slovakia concerning expenditure in the field of rural development measures financed by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), Guarantee Section, for the 2006 financial year\n(notified under document number C(2008) 1713)\n(Only the Lithuanian and Slovak texts are authentic)\n(2008/398/EC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1258/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the financing of the common agricultural policy, and in particular Article 7(3) thereof,\nAfter consulting the Fund Committee,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Decision 2007/325/EC cleared, for the 2006 financial year, the accounts of all the paying agencies except for the Lithuanian paying agency ‘NMA’ and the Slovak paying agency ‘APA’.\n(2)\nFollowing the transmission of new information and after additional checks, the Commission can now take a decision concerning expenditure in the field of rural development measures on the integrality, accuracy and veracity of the accounts submitted by the Lithuanian paying agency ‘NMA’ and the Slovak paying agency ‘APA’.\n(3)\nIn accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1258/1999 and Article 7(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1663/95, this Decision does not prejudice decisions taken subsequently by the Commission excluding from Community financing expenditure not effected in accordance with Community rules,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
