# Council Decision of 8 July 2008 amending Decision 98/481/EC approving the external auditors of the European Central Bank (2008/571/EC), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Article 1 of Council Decision 98/481/EC shall be replaced by the following:
‘Article 1 PricewaterhouseCoopers Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is hereby approved as the external auditors of the ECB for the financial years 2008 to 2012.’
