A tendering procedure will be launched during the first semester of 2008. A service contract in compliance with Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 applicable to the general budget of the European Communitiesf1 and its implementing rules defined in Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002f2 should be in place before 30 September 2008.
