  "text": "Where an inspection by the Commission is carried out of its own accord and without the assistance of inspectors of the Member State concerned pursuant to the second sentence of the second subparagraph of Article 27(1) of Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002, the Commission inspectors shall, where possible, inform the competent authorities of that Member State of their findings.",
