Article 12 Correspondence

Correspondence relating to the Forum shall be addressed to the Commission by electronic means, for the attention of the Chair.

Correspondence for members of the Forum shall be addressed to the members by electronic means. Members shall designate the contact person(s) to which correspondence shall be sent and inform the Chair in writing.
