Council Decision 2008/733/CFSP
of 15 September 2008
implementing Common Position 2004/694/CFSP on further measures in support of the effective implementation of the mandate of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to Common Position 2004/694/CFSPf1, and in particular Article 2 thereof, in conjunction with the second indent of Article 23(2) of the Treaty on European Union,
Whereas:

Under Common Position 2004/694/CFSP, the Council adopted measures to freeze all funds and economic resources belonging to the natural persons listed in the Annex thereto, who had been indicted by the ICTY.
(2)
Following the transfer of Mr Radovan KARADZIC to the custody of the ICTY on 30 July 2008, his name should be removed from the list.
(3)
The list annexed to Common Position 2004/694/CFSP therefore needs to be adjusted accordingly,
