All related costs and expenses incurred by the Community in concluding and carrying out the arrangements provided for by Article 1 shall be borne by Montenegro.

2.

All related costs and expenses incurred by the Community in concluding and carrying out the arrangements provided for by Article 2 shall be borne by Serbia.
