  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 10 October 2008\ncorrecting Directive 2008/40/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include amidosulfuron and nicosulfuron as active substances\n(notified under document number C(2008) 5703)\n(Text with EEA relevance)\n(2008/791/EC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, and in particular the second indent of the second subparagraph of Article 6(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Directive 2008/40/EC contains errors concerning some dates which must be corrected.\n(2)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
