Article 2

For the following projects and recipients the Italian Republic shall ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. (a)

   aid to Augusta

   1. (i)

      for the A109 D/E/F project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   2. (ii)

      for the A109 X project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2018;

   3. (iii)

      For the A119 Koala project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2009;

2. (b)

   aid to Aermacchi

   1. (i)

      for the DO328 project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately;

   2. (ii)

      for the DO328 Extended Capacity project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2009;

   3. (iii)

      for the DO328 Panels project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

3. (c)

   aid to Alenia

   1. i))

      for the ATR72 project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   2. (ii)

      for the ATR42-500 project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   3. (iii)

      for the Falcon 2000 project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   4. (iv)

      for the MD11 Winglet project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   5. (v)

      for the MD95 project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2008;

   6. (vi)

      for the Pressurised Cabins project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

4. (d)

   aid to Avio

   1. (i)

      for the GE90 B project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   2. (ii)

      for the GE90 Growth project, the outstanding principal is to be reimbursed immediately, with compound interest;

   3. (iii)

      for the LPT PW308 project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2013;

5. (e)

   aid to Piaggio

   1. (i)

      for the Falcon 2000 project, the reimbursement schedule is to be adhered to until full reimbursement of the loan by 31 December 2013.
