A reduction of this envelope will be necessary in order to respect the budgetary commitments available in 2008.\nEUR 4 436 775 of these planned expenditures were considered as ineligible according to Articles 6 and 7 and to Annex V of Regulation (EC) No 391/2007.\nA rate of 50 % was applied on all eligible expenditure according to Article 11 of the present Decision.",
