  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 2, Member States shall authorise the importation into the Community of the following products:\n(a) eviscerated Pectinidae of aquaculture origin;\n(b) bivalve molluscs that have undergone a heat treatment as set out in point A.5(b) of Chapter II of Section VII of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004.",
