Individual aid granted to a fisheries undertaking under Article 2(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 994/98f1 shall not be subject to recovery if, at the time it is granted, it meets the conditions laid down by the regulation adopted under Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 994/98 applicable at the time the aid was granted.
