  "text": "The competent authority shall inspect the conditions of the quarantine at least at the beginning and the end of the quarantine period of each consignment of aquaculture animals.\nWhen the competent authority carries out such inspections, it shall:\n(a) examine the mortality records during the quarantine;\n(b) where relevant, check the aquaculture animals in the quarantine units.",
