  "text": "1. The proceedings of the Committee and of the Management Board shall be secret.\n2. Members of the Committee as well as members of the Management Board and any Europol staff, personnel of any external assessment centre or external human resources consultant involved in the selection procedure shall maintain the strictest confidentiality with regard to the work carried out.",
