Article 8

The proceedings of the Committee shall be held in The Hague unless otherwise decided by the Management Board.

Travel and subsistence expenses, including hotel accommodation, shall be reimbursed to the members of the Committee and to candidates invited to the tests and interviews in accordance with the applicable rules.
