  "text": "The State aid which France plans to implement in favour of PGF/IGCF of an intensity of 8,65 % NGE is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty.\nImplementation of the aid is accordingly authorised.\nFrance is authorised to pay the balance of the aid, namely EUR 727 389 (in nominal terms), to PGF/IGCF.",
