  "text": "DECISION No 1/2008 OF THE ECAA JOINT COMMITTEE\nof 10 December 2008\nreplacing Annex I to the ECAA Agreement\nTHE JOINT COMMITTEE,\nHaving regard to the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on the establishment of a European Common Aviation Area (the ECAA Agreement), and in particular to Article 17(3)(a) thereof,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:\nSole Article The Annex to this Decision replaces Annex I to the ECAA Agreement.\nDone at Oslo, 10 December 2008.\nFor the Joint Committee …, the Chair\nAuthenticated by …, the Secretary\nANNEX\nANNEX I\nRULES APPLICABLE TO CIVIL AVIATION\nThe “Applicable provisions” of the following European Community acts shall be applicable in accordance with the Main Agreement and Annex II on horizontal adaptations unless otherwise specified in this Annex or in Protocols I to IX thereafter.
