The following Member States are exempt from the obligation to prepare an Eel Management Plan in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1100/2007:

   Cyprus,

2. (b)

   Malta,

3. (c)

   Austria,

4. (d)

   Romania,

5. (e)

   Slovakia.
