  "text": "The imaging equipment specifications in Annex C, part VII, to the Agreement are repealed and replaced by the specifications in the Annex to this Decision with effect from 1 July 2009.\nThe Decision, done in duplicate, shall be signed by the Co-chairs. The Decision shall be applicable as from 1 July 2009.",
