  "text": "The Presidency, assisted by the SG/HR for the CFSP, shall report to the Council on the implementation of this Decision on the basis of regular reports following the organisation of each of the regional seminars and the final seminar prepared by United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (Unidir). The Commission shall be fully associated and shall provide information on the financial aspects of the implementation of the project referred to in Article 1(2).",
