Article 2

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 35 and 36 of Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007 establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles^f1, the equivalence of the requirements of United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No 61 and those of Council Directive 92/114/EEC of 17 December 1992 relating to the external projections forward of the cab’s rear panel of motor vehicles of category N^f2, shall be recognised.
