# Council Decision of 28 May 2009 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditor of De Nederlandsche Bank (2009/448/EC), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Article 1(8) of Decision 1999/70/EC shall be replaced by the following:
‘8. PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. is hereby approved as the external auditor of De Nederlandsche Bank for the financial years 2008 to 2011.’
