  "text": "In addition to the notifications and communications provided for in Articles 61 and 62, the Secretary-General of the United Nations shall notify all the States referred to in Article 52 of the following:\n(a) signatures, ratifications, acceptances, approvals and accessions under Article 52;\n(b) the dates of entry into force of this Convention in accordance with Article 53;\n(c) denunciations under Article 54;\n(d) the termination of this Convention under Article 55;\n(e) reservations under Article 58.",
