  "text": "The text of the Customs Convention on the international transport of goods under cover of TIR carnets (TIR Convention) of 14 November 1975 as amended since then until the end of 2008 is hereby published for information purposes in consolidated form in the Annex to this Decision.\nFuture amendments to the Convention shall be published by the Commission in the Official Journal of the European Union indicating their date of entry into force.",
