1.
An Implementing Agreement on the use and operation of the Trust Fund shall be concluded between the Commission and FAO for the period of four years, starting on 1 January 2009.
2.
The Trust Fund shall be operated jointly by the Commission and the EUFMD in accordance with the Implementing Agreement referred to in paragraph 1.
