  "text": "Council Decision\nof 30 June 2009\nappointing a new member of the Commission of the European Communities\n(2009/507/EC, Euratom)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 215 thereof,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 128 thereof,\nWhereas:\nIn a letter dated 25 June 2009, Ms Dalia GRYBAUSKAITĖ resigned from her post as a member of the Commission. She should be replaced for the remainder of her term of office,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
