# Commission Decision of 9 July 2009 on establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the Community eco-label for footwear (notified under document number C(2009) 5612) (Text with EEA relevance) (2009/563/EC) (repealed), Division (e): No dyes meeting the criteria for classification as carcinogenic, mutagenic toxic to reproduction, hazardous/dangerous to the environment with the following R-phrases: R40, R45, R49, R50, R51, R52, R53, R60, R61, R62, R63 or R68 (or any combination), shall be used. (Classification rules as according to Council Directive 67/548/EEC or Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
