  "text": "The raw materials used in the production of hard coverings shall comply with the following requirements for the related extraction activities:\nOJ L 206, 22.7.1992, p. 7.\nOJ L 103, 25.4.1979, p. 1.\nFor detailed information see http://ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/index_en.htm\nParameter\nRequirement\nExtraction activity project and environmental recovery\nThe applicant shall provide a technical report including the following documents:\nthe authorisation for the extraction activity;\nthe environmental recovery plan and/or environmental impact assessment report;\nthe map indicating the location of the quarry;\nthe declaration of conformity to Council Directive 92/43/EEC (habitats) and Council Directive 79/409/EEC (birds). In areas outside the Community, a similar technical report is required to demonstrate compliance with the UN conservation on biological diversity (1992) and provide information on any national biodiversity strategy and action plan, if available.\nAssessment and verification: the applicant shall provide the related data and documents including a map of the area. If the extraction activity is not directly managed by the producers, the documentation shall always be requested to the extractor(s).",
