  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 2 September 2009\ncorrecting Directive 2002/48/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include iprovalicarb, prosulfuron and sulfosulfuron as active substances\n(notified under document C(2009) 6612)\n(Text with EEA relevance)\n(2009/685/EC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, and in particular the second indent of the second subparagraph of Article 6(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Directive 2002/48/EC contains errors concerning the period of inclusion of the active substances: iprovalicarb, prosulfuron and sulfosulfuron. Those errors must be corrected.\n(2)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
