# Council Decision of 14 September 2009 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of the Národná banka Slovenska (2009/710/EC), Article 1

The following paragraph shall be added to Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC:
‘16. Deloitte Audit s.r.o. is hereby approved as the external auditor of the Národná banka Slovenska for the financial year 2009.’
