  "text": "Staff members shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with travel on official duty ordered by the Director.\nReimbursement shall concern travel costs proper plus accommodation and associated costs in the places to which staff members are sent. The conditions, rates and other details of reimbursement are set out in Annex VII.",
