Article 35 Transitional provisions

Staff members in service at the date of entry into force of these Staff Regulations who have been continuously in the service of the Centre for more than three years shall be offered a contract of indefinite duration at the end of their present contract.

Staff members with less than three years of service at the date of entry into force of these Staff Regulations shall be offered a contract of indefinite duration on the expiry of their second contract.
