  "text": "Council Decision\nof 18 December 2008\nappointing four members of the Management Board of the European Medicines Agency (EMEA)\n(2009/75/EC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 laying down Community procedures for the authorisation and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Medicines Agency, and in particular Article 65(1) and Article 65(4) thereof,\nHaving regard to the list of candidates drawn up by the Commission on 16 September 2008,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the European Parliament,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
