  "text": "In case a Toll Charger intends to introduce new vehicle classification parameters, the Member State where the Toll Charger is registered shall inform the Commission and the other Member States thereof. The Commission shall refer the matter to the Electronic Toll Committee provided for in Article 5(1) of Directive 2004/52/EC and deliver its opinion within 6 months, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 5(2) of Directive 2004/52/EC.",
