# Commission Decision of 27 November 2009 concerning the adoption of a financing decision for 2010 for communication measures, studies, evaluations and on a direct grant to the OIE based on Article 168(1)(c) of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 (2009/856/EC), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The maximum contribution authorised by this Decision for the implementation of the Programme is set at EUR 3 685 000 to be financed from the following Budgetary Line of the General Budget of the European Communities for 2009:
Budgetary Line no 17 04 02 01: EUR 3 685 000.
These appropriations may also cover interest due for late payment.
