  "heading": "Aujeszky’s disease",
  "text": "1. The programmes for the eradication of Aujeszky’s disease submitted by Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary and Poland are hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.\n2. The financial contribution by the Union to the programmes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by the concerned Member State for the cost of laboratory tests, and shall not exceed:\n(a) EUR 25 000 for Bulgaria;\n(b) EUR 300 000 for Hungary;\n(c) EUR 1 000 000 for Poland;\n(d) EUR 700 000 for Spain.\n3. The maximum of the costs to be reimbursed to the Member States for the programmes referred to in paragraph 1 shall on average not exceed for an ELISA test EUR 1 per test.",
