Article 7 Swine vesicular disease

1.

The programme for the eradication of swine vesicular disease submitted by Italy is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.

2.

The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the cost of laboratory tests and shall not exceed F1EUR 250 000.
