# Council Decision 2009/906/CFSP of 8 December 2009 on the European Union Police Mission (EUPM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Article 18: Entry into force and duration

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
It shall apply from 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2011. The budget for 2011 shall be decided upon separately by the Council.
