  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 7 December 2009\non extending the availability period of the exceptional Community financial assistance to Kosovo\n(2009/918/EU)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2006/880/EC of 30 November 2006 providing exceptional Community financial assistance to Kosovo, and in particular to Article 1(3),\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe availability of the exceptional Community financial assistance to Kosovo, according to the above mentioned Decision, expires on 11 December 2009.\n(2)\nArticle 1(3) of Decision 2006/880/EC foresees the possibility for the Commission to extend the availability period by a maximum of one year.\n(3)\nThe availability period should be extended by one year in order to complete the financial assistance programme.\n(4)\nThe Economic and Financial Committee has been duly consulted on this extension,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
