  "text": "In accordance with the Protocol on the role of national Parliaments in the European Union, Article 3(3) of the Council's Rules of Procedure as adopted by this Decision shall apply to draft legislative acts adopted and forwarded as from the day on which the Treaty of Lisbon comes into force.",
